Jingliang Xu

Prof. Jingliang Xu is currently a principal investigator of Bioenergy Research Center at Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, CAS. After he obtained his doctor degree of microbiology in 2006 at Nanjing Agricultural University, and then worked at Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion. He now mainly engages in biochemical conversion research of fuel alcohols, such as cellulase high-producing organism screening, cellulase immobilization, robust fermenting organism development, lignocellulose hydrolysis process and reactor design, syngas fermentation and fuel alcohol biosynthesis engineering microorganism construction and so on. Until now, he has published two books and more than 60 papers and owned 8 patents.
