Joshiba Ariamuthu Venkidasalapathy is a PhD candidate at the Mary Kay O'Connor Process Safety Center at Texas A&M University. Her research focuses on integrating safety in the design of process control and alarm systems using advanced system engineering concepts. Prior to pursuing her PhD in Chemical Engineering, she has worked as a Manager for 2 years in the technical services division of Jamnagar Refinery, Reliance Industries Limited, India.
