Karishma Piler

Karishma Piler is a second year Ph.D. candidate in Chemical Engineering at Lamar University. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering in India and received her Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester, UK. Her primary research interests include reduction of waste carbon dioxide reduction from point sources as well as reduced fouling of refinery equipment from amine salts formed from amine scavenging reactions.
