Kathy Kas, is the Process Safety Expertise Leader for The Dow Chemical Company. In this role, she is responsible for Dow's Process Safety standards, work processes, and the corporate Process Safety subject matter expertise group. She has over 32 years of industry experience with Dow and Rohm and Haas in manufacturing, R&D, scale-up and finance, including over 12 years of experience in Process Safety. Kathy is a licensed Professional Engineer in PA, NJ and TX, a CCPS Certified Process Safety Professional (CCPSC), and an AIChE Fellow.
