Kaytlin is the Analytics & AI Platform Lead for Dow’s Digital Operations Center, a group focused on evaluating and developing digital tools for Dow’s manufacturing facilities. She runs proof of concept and pilot projects focused on the digital thread, data connectivity, and cloud-native AI solutions. Kaytlin has previously worked as an engineer for one of Dow’s isocyanate plants and has also worked on modeling and optimization across many of Dow’s production facilities as part of her 10 years at Dow. Kaytlin holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College.
