Kaytlin Henry

Kaytlin is an Analytics Architect for Dow, Inc. where she evaluates analytics tools like software and new modeling applications for use in Dow’s manufacturing facilities. Kaytlin runs proof of concept and pilot projects at Dow’s Digital Operations Center as part of Dow’s Industry 4.0 efforts. Additionally, she is a member of the AIChE Career and Education Operating Council, YPC, and is active in AIChE’s RAPID institute on process intensification. Kaytlin has previously worked as an engineer for one of Dow’s isocyanate plants and has also worked in R&D doing modeling and optimization of reactors for several Dow businesses as part of her 7 years at Dow. Kaytlin received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
