Kyu Yoon

Kyu Yoon is a Postdoctoral research associate at the Purdue University in the group of Prof. Vivek Narsimhan. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Korea University (South Korea). He also completed his Ph.D at the same university in Chemical and Biological Engineering under the guidance of Prof. Hyun Wook Jung. His research focused on mathematical modeling and flow analysis in non-Newtonian microfluidic devices. With extended research scope to transport phenomena, he currently does research in the modeling of the heat and mass transfer phenomena during secondary drying stage of the lyophilization.
