Loïc Favergeon

I received a master degree from the “University of Burgundy” in Dijon, France in 2002 and a PhD degree from the “Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines” (Institute of Science and Technology) in Saint-Etienne (France), on the nucleation process during chemical transformations of solids, in 2006. I’m presently assistant professor in chemical engineering in the “Science of Industrial and Natural Processes Laboratory” at the “Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines” at Saint-Etienne, France. I focus my work on heterogeneous kinetics during solid-gas reactions and in particular on coupling kinetics at grain scale with heat and mass transfers for industrial applications.
