Mandakini Padhi

Mandakini Padhi is working as a Principal Scientist at Pfizer R&D, specializing in Sterile Injectables Design, Predictive Sciences. Mandakini has expertise in the field of fluid dynamics and particle technology and has supported a wide range of projects utilizing computational fluid dynamics techniques for homogeneity and suspension studies, dissolution de-risking, stability, and water loss estimations using first principle and hybrid machine learning models. Including CFD, mathematical modelling, rheology, and hybrid modelling, Mandakini is passionate about data science and AI and enjoys finding new ways to apply these skills to solve complex problems.
