Michael Wright

Michael Wright is a Chartered Psychologist and a Chartered Ergonomist and Human Factors Specialist with over 30 years consultancy experience in safety critical sectors including chemicals, oil and gas, nuclear, transport, emergency services and defence. He has supported businesses to understand human error and how to achieve high performing teams. An author of many guides and a specialist trainer, Michael aims to share the insights, principles and techniques of Human Factors with the wider community of engineers, safety specialists and managers. Michael is the lead author of the pending CCPS handbook on 'Human Factors for Process Safety', which continues his in disseminating the lessons learned from Human Factors.
