Nathan Thompson

I’ve been in the Learning and Development field for nearly 20 years, nine of which has been with Ecolab. I’m based out of the United States, and located in St Paul, Mn. I lead a training program with a global reach, but always adapting to local markets. Building safe working environments is a value to me and my team. We look for ways to make our teams more productive, and always safer using creative solutions My focus is to improve people’s working lives, and offer opportunities for advancement through education.
