Parag Kolhe

Parag Kolhe is the Senior Director at Pfizer. He co-leads a group of 150 scientists that span across three sites globally. His group is responsible for developing biotherapeutics modalities and vaccines. His expertise includes biologics and vaccine formulation, medical device combination product development, process development, tech transfer, PPQ, and control strategy approaches. Dr. Kolhe has broad product development knowledge ranging from early stage to commercial life cycle management of products. During his tenure in the industry, he has developed and commercialized various products ranging from monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, vaccines, and recently, Chimeric Antigen T Cell therapy and gene therapy. Parag Kolhe holds a Ph.D. in material science from Wayne State University. He has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed publications, has been named inventor for multiple patents, and edited two books on sterile product development and aspects of vaccine product development.
