Paul Frey

Paul Frey is the Lead of the Centre of Expertise for Pressure Relief, Flare and Blowdown at Process Systems Enterprise, with responsibility for development of their Safety Project services in the Oil and Gas sector. This includes the application of dynamic simulation studies. Prior to joining PSE, Paul Frey worked as a Process Engineer in the Engineering Contracting Industry for over 25 years,including Amec, Foster Wheeler, AKER Kvaerner, and Cargill. Notable is his 6 years as Principal Consultant for Foster Wheeler, as Technical Authority for Flare and Relief where he supervised flare and relief work on design projects and performed verification audits both internally and for Client facilities. Paul Frey, BSC(hons) MiChemE, received his degree from the University of South Bank, London, in Chemical Engineering, is a member of the Institute of Chemical Engineers, and member of the API Pressure Relieving Standards Committee, contributing to revisions and new content.
