Philip Biessey

I work at the Chair for Responsible Process Engineering at University of Bochum, Germany, in the field of sustainability in process engineering, focusing on advanced recycling technologies for a circular plastics economy. I studied Environmental Engineering and completed my doctorate in the field of process engineering with a focus on miniaturized reactors and their applications in reaction engineering. Afterwards, I worked as a project engineer and project manager at Evonik Industries for several years; further, I am elected member of DECHEMA section “Education and Innovation”.
