Prajakta Dongre

Prajakta Dongre got her PhD in Bioprocess Engineering at SUNY-ESF. She has been working as a postdoctoral researcher at UW-Madison, primarily conducting her work at USDA-Forest Products Laboratory. She has recently started a new postdoc position at the Wisconsin Energy Institute, UW-Madison, where she will be working on lignin depolymerization strategies for biofunneling applications to produce Bio-Nylon. Her research interests are in biomass conversion technologies, and lignin isolation, characterization, utilization.
