Prashun Gorai

Prashun Gorai is a Research Assistant Professor at Colorado School of Mines and National Renewable Energy Laboratory. His research team uses first-principles calculations and machine learning to accelerate the discovery and design of functional materials for energy conversion and storage, and next-generation microelectronics. He obtained his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and his Bachelor's degree, also in Chemical Engineering, from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
