Raymond Freeman

Raymond “Randy” Freeman Bio-Sketch President – S&PP Consulting Raymond “Randy” Freeman is Principal Engineer and founder of Safety & Property Protection Consulting of Houston, Texas. He has more than 30 years of industrial experience in reliability, risk analysis, safety, process design, control system design, and risk management in the chemical industry. His work has involved the specification, design and management of highly hazardous process systems. He received his Bachelor of Science degree, his Master of Science degree, and his Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Missouri – Rolla, all in Chemical Engineering. Dr. Freeman is a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and was elected to the University of Missouri Academy of Chemical Engineering in 1998. He is an Emeritus Member of the Center for Chemical Process Safety and was elected a CCPS Fellow in 2007. He is a registered professional engineer in Missouri and Texas.
