Roger Metzler

Roger is a technical services manager with Baker Hughes, Downstream Chemicals Technology. Roger has held numerous positions in technical services, business development, project management, field sales and sales management for refinery and petrochemical process applications in his 29 year petroleum/petrochemical industry career. Roger has extensive experience in most facets of olefins plant process additive treatment, including: treatment program design, product/application recommendation, troubleshooting, program monitoring, and product development. In his current role at Baker Hughes Roger also directs a field support team of engineers and chemists overseeing treatment program recommendation, implementation, and troubleshooting; product application testing; and product/program development. Roger holds a BS Mechanical Engineering degree from Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas.
