Ruth Uy

Ruth Uy, MASc, PEng, CRSP has 20+yrs experience as a process engineer, compliance lead and EHS/PSM. Ruth implemented ANSI/API Recommended Practice 1173 PSM Systems across pipeline network, midstream, distribution networks. Ruth has operations experience at Shell Oilsands in Fort McMurray as environmental lead at Chevron Burnaby Refinery -Vancouver, BC and as a College Instructor. Ruth has BASc in Chemical Engineering (UWaterloo) and MASc in Mining Engineering (UBC). She is a Certified HS Management System Auditor. Eli Viloria, PEng, MBA has lead implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Process Safety Management Systems in Chemical and O&G since 1998 for industrial assets in Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Canada and US. Eli has BSc in Chemical Engineering (Universidad Simón Bolívar, Venezuela) and MBA (UToronto + University of St. Gallen, Switzerland). He is Certified Six Sigma Green Belt with American Society of Quality and contributor to PSM Division of Canadian Society for Chemical Engineering (CSChE).
