Sachin Kumar

After completing his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, India, Dr. Sachin Kumar joined SSS-NIRE, Kapurthala as a Research Scientist. He has nine years of research experience in Biochemical Conversion of Biomass to Biofuels. He has published more than 10 papers in peer reviewed journals, 03 book chapter, 05 papers in conference proceedings and 02 edited books. He has been granted a US patent and filed a patent India. He has read more than 30 papers in national and international conferences. He is serving as an editorial board member of two peer reviewed journals. He is a life member of three professional societies. He has been honored with the most coveted Institutional and globally reputed presentation of ‘Bharat Jyoti Award’ for contribution in R&D by India International Friendship Society and chaired a session in an international conference. He has coordinated two national conferences and two training programs.
