Scott Berger

Scott Berger was the Executive Director of CCPS until January, 2015. He recently started a new job as ________ at ________ (details to be provided at the conference). He holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His more than 35 year career in industry and at CCPS has focused on enhancing business through improved process safety and environmental performance. Scott began his career at Rohm and Haas where he worked in R&D, engineering, production, and HSE. He then worked at Owens Corning where he held positions in HSE, including Director of Strategic HSE management. He joined the CCPS staff in 2001 as Technical Director and became Executive Director in 2002. Scott has been recognized as a CCPS Fellow and also as an AIChE Fellow.
