Shazim Mohammed

Mr. Shazim Mohammed is a holder of an MSc in Engineering Asset Management and a BSc in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, both from the University of the West Indies. Mr. Mohammed has been with Proman Limited for over 9 years, with his primary focus being in Project and Turnaround Management, as well as, asset reliability and maintenance while being assigned to the Engineering & Maintenance Department. During his tenure, Mr. Mohammed has played an instrumental role in the successful planning and safe execution of several turnarounds and outages on Proman’s three Ammonia production facilities. Mr. Mohammed’s main roles and responsibilities encompass plant maintenance, contractor management, troubleshooting equipment issues and project planning, scheduling and execution to ensure the reliability and upkeep of plant assets. His active role in the development and coordination of key pillars towards process safety and process safety management is evident in the success of these major projects.
