Silvano Saretto

Dr. Silvano Saretto is the Head of TurboCracker Technology at Siemens Energy. He leads the team developing the Rotating Olefin Cracker. Prior to Siemens Energy, he worked at Aerojet Corporation, Pratt & Whitney and was a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Pennsylvania State University. He has worked on combustion, turbomachinery, and advanced monopropellant rocket technology development for 20 years. Dr. Saretto holds a Ph.D. in Energetics and a Laurea in Aeronautical Engineering from the Turin Polytechnic University, and a M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
