I'm a Chemical Engineering by training. I completed my bachelor's from Anna University, India in 2011 and my Ph.D. from Texas Tech University in 2017. Since then I'm at the University of Chicago as a postdoctoral Scholar. Briefly, I have 7+ years of experience in applying first-principles based multiscale computational modeling methods, such as Monte-Carlo, molecular dynamics, enhanced sampling, coarse-graining, and machine learning methods to quantitatively relate the structure-property-functions of different classes of materials like protein complexes, synthetic bulk polymers, hydrogels, and heterogeneous systems. I also have experience developing and implementing novel computational methods as general-purpose software tools that can be used by others for studying synthetic and bio polymeric systems. Besides the above, I have managed a multitude of projects simultaneously and presented the research findings at several conferences.
