Stefan Pantaleev

Stefan is currently a Lead Solutions Engineer at Altair EDEM. He has practiced Discrete and Finite Element modelling in both industrial and academic contexts for over 10 years and has contributed to solutions in the pharmaceutical, additive manufacturing, batteries, and powder metallurgy industries among others. Prior to joining Altair Stefan spent 4 years as a researcher at the University of Edinburgh, focusing on experimental powder flowability characterisation and numerical modelling of powder storage systems with the Discrete and Finite Element methods. He has published in the Journal of Powder Technology and others and has contributed to multiple scientific and industrial conferences in the field of DEM and FEM.
