Sumeet C. Pandey

Sumeet C. Pandey is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He is carrying out research under the guidance of Professor Dimitrios Maroudas and Prof. T. J. Mountziaris to study the process-structure-property relations in nanomaterials with focus on ternary quantum dots and silicon thin-films. His work involves synergistic combination of computational modeling and simulations at various length scales with experimental synthesis and characterization, to understand fundamental unresolved issues in ternary quantum dots synthesis and its impact on their optical and electronic properties.
