Theodorus G. Knijff

Senior Reliability & Maintenance Manager at Dow Chemical Chair of the EEPC Maintenance IG Ambassador Knowledge and Innovation Center Ki<|MPi Theo started his career in 1987 as Production Engineer in Dow Terneuzen, the Netherlands. In 2002 he accepted the assignment as Maintenance Representative for a project in Spain where Dow constructed their first Octene-1 facility. Since 2007 Theo is in his current role, responsible to develop and implement Strategic Plans in the Hydrocarbon Business of Dow. In 2013 he accepted beside his Dow role the function of Director for the non-profit organization K.I.C. “Knowledge and Innovation Center for Maintenance”, located in Terneuzen, the Netherlands. In November 2016 Theo need to focus more on his Dow role, and changed the K.I.C. role to Ambassador. Theo is chair of the Maintenance Issue Group of the EEPC. Theo has a Master in Chemical Engineering from the University of Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
