Troy Boley

Troy Boley has worked in the chemicals, plastics, and petroleum industries for over 17 years for Dow, Huntsman Corporation, and Cabot Corporation where he was Global Environmental Director. Troy has worked in over 45 countries assisting with a variety of environmental compliance initiatives including air pollution control technology selection. Importantly, he directly participated in flare negotiations, flare performance testing, and flare minimizations efforts in the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Argentina, France, India, and most recently in Italy. Troy has been with Sage for 10 years and is currently providing consent decree and enforcement consulting services to clients in the oil and gas, refining, and petrochemicals industries. Sage's flare team have recently reviewed instrumentation and flare compliance and/or improvement opportunities at over 250 flare systems in Europe and the United States. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of flare instrumentation and testing related topics.
