Troy Boley

Troy Boley has worked in the chemicals, plastics, and petroleum industries since the 1990's for Union Carbide/Dow, Huntsman Corporation, and Cabot Corporation where he was Global Environmental Director. Troy has worked in over 45 countries assisting with a variety of environmental compliance initiatives including air pollution control technology selection. Importantly, he directly participated in flare negotiations, flare performance testing, and flare minimizations efforts. Troy founded Spectrum with some friends in 2017 and is currently providing consent decree and enforcement consulting services related to fenceline and ambient air monitoring as well as flare initiatives to clients in the oil and gas, refining, and petrochemicals industries.
