Will began his professional engineering journey in 2012 when he joined Atkins as a year-in-industry student. 11 years on, and through various company transformations, he now leads the Calgary Process Safety Group at Kent. His progression has taken him from a Master of Chemical Engineering degree, Oil and Gas and Nuclear market experience, Chartership with the Institute of Chemical Engineers, a transfer from the UK to Canada, P. Eng professional registration with APEGA, to now leading a team of engineers. Currently focusing on team and business development and the power of relationships!
