Xueyong Ren

Xueyong Ren, is an Ph.D candidate at Beijing Forestry University in China and currently working as a research assisstant in Department of Forest Biomaterials at NC State. With more than 8 years of education and working experimence on wood science, biomass energy engineering and analytic chemistry, he has the special expertise on forest industry and biomass area, and solid analytical skills in both instruments and wet-chemistry. He has been awarded as a top-ten graduate academic star in Beijing Forestry Univeristy, chinese national scholarship, and AIChE 2013 Student Travel Award, etc.
