Yoga Wienda Pratama

Yoga is a final year PhD candidate in the Centre for Environmental Policy and the Sargent Centre for Process Systems Engineering at Imperial College London. His research focuses on multi-scale modelling and optimisation of energy systems to assess the role and value of a variety of clean technologies in energy systems of different system characteristics. He earned his B.Eng. and M.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Indonesia and an M.Eng. degree in Energy Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. Yoga has an extensive track record in research and consulting projects in collaboration with various institutions and energy companies in Indonesia and the UK. In those projects, he was appointed as the expert to develop energy systems optimisation model for numerous uses, such as electricity systems expansion planning, small-scale LNG supply chain design, natural gas pricing, and electricity market design.
