Yuqi Huang

I am currently a first year Ph.D. student from the University of South Florida. My work involves developing a biosensor for carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) concentration quantification. Combining techniques of Surface Acoustic Wave to remove non-specific absorption from human plasma, and metal-enhanced fluorescence by rapid thermal anneal of silver film to form 200nm diameter Ag nanoparticles that can enhance fluorescence intensity.
