This session highlights recent advances in research and technologies relevant to food and bioprocess industries. The presenting papers will cover the conceptual framework in processing platform development using novel biocatalysts (enzymes, microbes, etc.) and process engineering strategies for the manufacturing of novel products with applications in food and related industries. Papers from both academia and industry are invited to submit to this session.
