Robert C. Leachman

Rob Leachman is a Professor of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at the University of California at Berkeley. Dr. Leachman is the author of more than 90 technical publications concerning operations management and productivity improvement. He has supervised 39 PhD dissertations in the area. He received the AB degree in Mathematics and Physics, the MS degree in Operations Research and the PhD degree in Operations Research, all from U. C. Matt Walker

Matt Walker is a Ph.D. student and NSF GRFP Fellow in the Sternberg and Landweber Labs at Columbia University. Matt graduated from Harvard with an A.B. in neurobiology before joining the Chalfie Lab at Columbia, where he worked on the genetics of C. elegans neuron development and became enamored with powerful gene editing tools. Matt is passionate about natural systems of genome engineering and is interested in adapting mechanisms of genome integrity for targeted engineering.
