This year's Annual Student Conference featured an executive panel to give students an opportunity to learn more about the various career paths of successful chemical engineers. The panelists talk with AIChE's Michelle Bryner about mentorship as a vehicle for advancement and the skills necessary for students to stay relevant in the future.

The panel was moderatored by AIChE's Michelle Bryner, Lead Engineer, Facilitation Process Manager, and consisted of the following panelists:
