This in-person and online live course provides learners with a fundamental grounding in the NFPA 2 Hydrogen Technologies Code.
The first three sections of the course will provide a review of general fire safety, “performance based option”, gaseous hydrogen requirements, liquefied hydrogen requirements, and general hydrogen safety.
The last section of the course will cover applications of the code including gaseous and liquid hydrogen fueling facilities, hydrogen fuel cell power systems, hydrogen generation systems, combustion applications, special atmosphere applications, laboratory operations, parking and repair garages, as well as hydrogen powered industrial trucks.
The lecture material will be supplemented with dedicated question and answer time as well as practical case studies to illustrate the complex concepts taught
