Are you working with mixing and reaction processes in stirred tanks? It may be time to switch to pipelines.
This is the first part of a two-part webinar series. Click here to register for Part 2.
This two-part webinar series examines how to achieve in pipelines several mixing and reaction processes that typically are performed in stirred tanks. You’ll discover that there are many advantages to converting processes from batch to continuous, including lower cost and footprint. You’ll also learn to recognize mixing situations where in-line mixing with or without mixers would be of benefit. In addition, this webinar addresses how to estimate typical designs and the cost in pressure drop to achieve the process results you expect. In Part 1, we will emphasize process application involving viscous materials and laminar flows and turbulent blending both two phase and with reactions and heat transfer. In Part 2, we will emphasize turbulent mixing with applications to the water and waste water applications where there is strong difference in physical properties.
