Tim Finley has degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan. He has spent 31 years with Dow working on many of the company’s more challenging water and wastewater problems and projects. He has a passion for technology and improving water management.
Tim has audited and partner with Dow’s operations and improvement staff to execute projects at most of Dow’s major sites around the globe. He has lead conceptual aspect of water system design for numerous large project, include the construction of a $20 billion dollar chemical’s manufacturing complex in Jubail Saudi Arabia which include a 40 MGD seawater desalination plant.
