MEng degree in marine engineering from the Universidad de Oviedo, Spain, as well as a postgraduate studies in chemical engineering from Universidad Complutense, Madrid. Currently based in Amec Foster Wheeler’s Technology & Consultancy Group in Houston office. Member of the Energy Institute and a Chartered Engineer (UK Engineering Council). More than 20 years’ experience in LNG/midstream, covering both liquefaction and import terminal projects, as well as FSRUs, and power projects. Have held several positions, including, among others, the roles of: Project Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and LNG Technology Business Development
