Fernando Montalvo-Sandoval

Fernando D. Montalvo-Sandoval holds a M.Sc. and B.Sc. degree from the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, Mexico, in the area of bioprocess engineering. He has worked in genetic and bioreactor engineering with bacteria, yeast and animal cells. Additionally, he has worked as a Food Safey Engineer for the food industry. He is currently pursuing a PhD at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), working on the study of hydrodynamic stress associated with the culture of mammalian cells in different systems.
