Gaeun Kim

Gaeun Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Material Science and Chemical Engineering from Hanyang University, South Korea. She is currently a PhD student in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, USA. Her research focuses on engineering lipid nanoparticles for drug and gene delivery in anticancer therapy. At the 2024 AIChE Annual Meeting, she will present her research on "Fluorescent Chiral Quantum Dots to Explore Origin-Dependent Exosome Uptake and Cargo Release" in the Biomaterials for Drug Delivery session.
