Ms. Kristle Thompson serves as a Senior Consultant for PSM/RMP Services at Trinity Consultants (Houston office), and has 15 years of experience across the Consulting, Upstream Oil & Gas, Chemical Manufacturing, and Mining Industries. She has domestic and international expertise in the areas of process safety & risk management, production & well intervention operations, project management, continuous improvement, strategic implementation planning, and EHS performance management. Ms. Thompson has led Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) for Chlor-Alkali, Hydrochloric Acid, Environmental Control (Wastewater Treatment), Utilities & Infrastructure, Ammonia Refrigeration, Coatings & Adhesives, Marine Terminal, and Mining Logistics Specialty process areas. She has facilitated process safety reviews through the FEL Stage Gate process for a high valued capital project portfolio. Additionally, she has led Incident Investigations, Root Cause Analysis, Pre-startup Safety Reviews, MOCs, and Compliance Audits for complex chemical manufacturing operations. Ms. Thompson has served as a Technical Training Instructor for PSM/RMP Program Implementation and has prepared RMP updates and communication plans for OSHA PSM & EPA RMP subject facilities. Ms. Kristle Thompson earned a dual B.S. degree in Chemistry and Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from Spelman College and The Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP), PHA Facilitator, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Ms. Thompson is married to Timothy Thompson and has one child (Laiyah, 2 years old). In her time away from work, Kristle enjoys international travel, golfing, attending performing arts events, and spending time with family.
