Lukas Buelens

After his graduation as chemical engineer at Ghent University’s Laboratory for Chemical Technology in 2014, Lukas Buelens obtained his PhD in 2018 under supervision by Profs. Vladimir Galvita and Guy Marin. He then worked as an innovation consultant at business consulting group Ayming, after which he rejoined the Laboratory for Chemical Technology as post-doctoral fellow in 2020. As postdoc in the research group of Profs. Vladimir Galvita and Kevin Van Geem, he has since then been working on upscaling the super-dry reforming process for CO2-to-CO conversion, which was developed during his PhD, from lab to pilot scale.
