Ivette Catalan Leon Mrs. Catalán has thirty years of professional experience as a Risk, Industrial Safety and Sustainability consultant for different industrial sectors such as O&G, energy, chemical, petrochemical, mining, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical. She is currently a Partner in the company ERM, a leading Sustainability consultancy. In her experience as a health, safety and environmental consultant, she has been involved in projects such as HSE audits, compliance verification, HSE program implementation, accident investigations, HSSE management system design and implementation, process safety, transformation of the safety culture. In his current role, he is responsible for developing strategies for the growth of safety services in Latin America. Eng. Catalán holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from La Salle University and a Master's Degree in Engineering in Environmental Systems and Technologies from the IHE of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and has international experience with projects in Latin America and Canada.
