Richard Rolke
Richard Rolke started at Dow Chemical in 1989 after graduating from Mississippi State University in Chemical Engineering. Richard held a variety of production roles within the Chlor-alkali, Perchloroethylene, and Chloromethanes plants. In 2003, Richard transferred to the Chlorinated Organics technology Center as Global Improvement leader. In 2007, he assumed his current role as Global Improvement Leader within the Hydrocarbons Technology center.
