I'm Saad Ahmed, currently have more than 6 yrs working experience as Production Engineer at Fatima Fertilizer Company Ltd, Pakistan. I have helped my organization in undertaking key safety initiatives related to Process Safety implementation, achieving & sustaining excellence, data analysis & developing dashboards, revamp of Safety leading & lagging indicators, and an inherently safe Permit to Work system. My paper focuses on how we used visual thinking, to improve our process safety culture, resulting in remarkable safety performance of the site.
