My experience covers 38 years in the chemical manufacturing industry working at all levels including plant management and executive roles. I am also deeply involved in leadership development, team building, and coaching for various organizations. In 2020 I began my academic career at UTSA teaching a course in process safety and offering student leadership development workshops for engineering students.
