Victor H. Edwards, PhD, PE is a consultant. Vic practiced for thirty years at IHI Engineering and Construction, retiring as Director of Process Safety. In 2015, Edwards received the Walton/Miller Award from the Safety and Health Division of AIChE. Edwards chaired the AIChE 9th Global Congress on Process Safety, and the first Process Plant Safety Symposium. Edwards received a BA from Rice University and a Ph. D. from the University of California at Berkeley. Vic is an AIChE Fellow
