The Bio-Vacuum pump oil is a biobased hydraulic fluid formulated for use in vacuum pumps. It is a biodegradable, biosynthetic lubricant derived from renewable agricultural biobased resources that are nontoxic, zinc-free, and heavy-metal-free. It is suitable for pumps that require anti-wear, anti-rust, anti-oxidation, anti-foam, and demulsibility properties. The pump oil also has a low volatility and relatively safe flash point.

Sensor Measures Bin Fill Height
The ZMX series 3D time-of-flight sensor monitors the volume of material filling a bin. The single sensor is mounted directly centered and above the bin and features a 60-deg. by 45-deg. field of view with a range of 200–2,500 mm. The sensor uses 3D measuring to provide volume and peak height measurements rather than laser or ultrasonic measuring. Sensing conditions, such as the bottom of the container, the size of the sensing region, and thresholds for peak height and volume, can be configured using the company’s 3D Configuration Software.
